We have never been to Busch gardens before so the experience was very easy and calm. A couple of rides were closed but it was a great day. All day dining was easy and probably worth it.

Busch Gardens itself was brilliant, but we booked single day passes with all day dining, which we paid extra for. When we got there Busch Gardens had no booking of our all day dining, so we waited 45mins while they looked through our emails and there records to try and find the booking. In the end we had to pay AGAIN for the all day dining. The 10 rating for service overall is for Busch Gardens itself and not for TUI. I would not recommend booking this experiance with TUI.
