The time you book will be your scheduled time slot to visit At the Top, Burj Khalifa. A 3-course set meal will be served at Rooftop after the visit to the observation decks: lunch from 12.00pm to 2.00pm, and dinner from 5.30pm to 7.30pm
Please note that there is no dedicated children's menu. However, there are items in the regular menu that can be selected for children based on their preferences
Personal handbags and purses are allowed. However, shopping bags, strollers, sports bags, backpacks, etc. must be stored in the secure baggage check room located near the entrance
For your safety, the outdoor terrace may need to close during severe weather conditions. Refunds and rain checks are not offered for inclement weather
Infants (age 0-2) do not need a ticket, admission is free of charge (no food and drinks)

Das Upgrade hinauf zum 148ten war schon heftig, aber wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Abendessen war sehr gut. Und in dieser Umgebung schon einmalig. Da verzeiht man auch die quietschende Küchentür bei jeder Betätigung.

The food was not very nice and the restaurant is on the 3rd floor with a poor view. Birds flying around and bird mess around dining area. No fast entry, after eating food had to still join the long queue so missed the sunset.

LET OP: NIET in de Burj Khalifa!!! Het restaurant op de 3de verdieping NAAST de Burj Khalifa is sfeerloos, staan 8 grote airco’s die je hoort en met wat pech ook je uitzicht! Met wat pech zit je onder een houten plafond en zie je de Burj Khalifa niet. Eten zwaar ondermaats. Soep uit de magnetron, ceaser salade kip met amper kip, hoofdgerecht opgewarmd kipje of doorgekookte pasta drijvend in de saus, toetje was wel oke. Nee sla deze “deal” maar over. Voor dit geld eet je goed in de mall!

Totaal misleid door deze advertentie van TUI. Het zogenaamde Rooftop Dinner is NIET in de Burj Khalifa, maar in een ander gebouw en dan op een eenvoudig dak van slechts de derde verdieping. De locatie oogt kaal en heeft niets van de luxe of chique uitstraling die in de advertentie wordt beloofd.

Nadat we in de Burj waren geweest wist niemand waar we moesten zijn voor het diner. We zijn weer helemaal uit de toren gelopen de Dubai mall in om vervolgens daar iemand te vinden die ons de weg kon wijzen. De titel van de excursie is erg misleidend. Wij gingen er vanuit dat het 3 gangen diner in de Burj Khalifa zou zijn.. maar dat is niet het geval. Het gaat om een rooftop van een laag gebouw nabij de Burj Khalifa.

Der Startpunkt war schwer zu finden genauso wie der anschließende Weg zum Restaurant. Die Getränkepreise waren ziemlich knackig. Aber alles im allen war es ein einmaliges Erlebnis.

I had been warned about queues but joined the back and moved fairly quickly. Lifts took a large amount of people and we were soon at the top. As we had booked a meal we had to tell someone when we were back down we were escorted to the restaurant which was completely empty. I thought it would have been at the top but was on floor 3, service was good and very attentive.

Die beschriebenen Leistung klingt , was das Menü im Rooftop Restaurant, deutlich imposanter! Man wird im Untergeschoss durch ein Kellertüren Labyrinth geführt, landete dann in einer Lobby und wird von da aus mit einem Aufzug in das Restaurant gebracht, welches sich für Dubai eher im Erdgeschoss befindet und nicht Rooftop. Das sollte man besser beschreiben oder kommunizieren.

Der Ausblick war belohnend! Jedoch der Weg bis oben, war erschwerend und mit viel zu langer. Wartezeit (2h 15 min) trotz teurem Ticket. Das Essen war an sich gut, nur Rooftop war es nicht. Es war quasi die 3 Etage vom Nachbarhotel, auf der Ebne des dortigen Schwimmbades, das Essen mit Location lohnt sich nicht. Es wurde serviert , wie in einem Wintergarten, der nicht klimatisiert war, bzw. Die Anlagen die nicht funktionierten, selbst das Personal stand davor , um versuchten sich zu kühlen.

Natürlich Standardprogramm Man kann aber schnell den Überblick verlieren, wenn es richtig voll ist. Ruhig die Mitarbeiter ansprechen, die helfen weiter. Wir hatten während unseres Zeitfensters Glück (18:30-19:00 Uhr) , dass es nicht so voll war. Wartezeit:10 Minuten .. Oben richtig voll. Aber man kämpft sich schon durch. Nach einer ca. 3/4 Stunde wieder runter. Hatten das Rooftop-Restaurant gebucht. Dadurch durften wir uns an der Fast-Schlange anstellen. Weg zum Restaurant erfragen.

Alldeles för mycket folk på en och samma gång vilket störde lite i upplevelsen. Otydlig information om samlingsplatsen. Informationen vi fick från Tui var helt missvisande och ledde oss till en gränd utan tillträde. Även otydligt huruvida denna upplevelse var med eller utan guide. Vi stod och väntade men det kom ingen så till slut gick vi själva.

Ein bisschen schwierig war es den Ticketschalter in der Mall zu finden. Ich empfehle, dort öfters Angestellte zu fragen, dann kein Problem und wirklich eine Stunde früher losfahren, wir hatten Mietauto. Dann ging es aber zügig weiter. Aussicht war top, um 18.30 hatten wir gebucht, Sonnenuntergang war toll. Dann das Essen am Rooftop, war auch einzigartig. Wir konnten dann auch die Dubai Fountain von oben miterleben. Essen war gut, man kann zwischen 3 Menüs auswählen. Kann ich nur weiter empfehle.

Es war schwierig den Ticketschalter in der Dubai Mall zu finden, da dieser nicht im Infoterminal zu finden ist. Befindet sich auch im Lower Ground und nicht im Erdgeschoss. Ev. angeben welcher Laden neben dem Ticketschalter ist.

Went for my wife's 40th Birthday. She was in awwwe. Amazing experience. Great views from the top of the Burj Khalifa and a lovely dinner while watching the water fountain show. Food was really good and staff very courteous and attentive. I definitely recommend it.

I think this was a great experience for the price. The meal was a rooftop meal a few floors up and a set menu served very quickly but overall a good experience. The Bhurj itself is amazing.

Overall the experience was good, it's an amazing building, and the food was good, however. I assumed when Burj Khalifa tickets and 3-course meal at Rooftop that it was dinner ON the 124th floor of the Burj Khalifa. Wrong, it was tickets to the 124th/125th viewing floors and then dinner on the 3rd floor terrace... But the views of the sunset are just stunning. When you go for food its 3 courses, starter, main (vegetables/sides & drinks are not included) & dessert Overall very good experience.

Die Buchung verlief unkompliziert und schnell und zuverlässig. Aber egal wo man bucht, um die Schlange am Fahrstuhl kommt man nicht umhin. Essen on rooftop allerdings war für unseren Geschmack etwas zu teuer für die gebotene Leistung. Wie von vielen hier berichtet, isst man auf der 3. Etage.

Uit beschrijving denk je dat je op de 124 verdieping gaat lunchen Maar het is de derde verdieping helaas dat vond ik een beetje jammer. Je zit daar in een glazen kooi te eten en weg te smelten. Het eten was overigens wel prima .

It was out of this world it was so well organised and great to hear the history of the building and see the story of its creation brought to life before we went to the observation post any staff member we met was friendly and approachable they answered any questions we had which added to our enjoyment as we didn’t feel as if we were nuisances the lunch was absolutely fantastic and eaten in a beautiful restaurant with stunning views and beautiful surroundings it really made us feel like royalty

Det var noget værre rod. Vi mødte op til det bestilte tidspunkt, men det var det tidspunkt vi skulle spise, men vi kunne først spise efter en tur op på etage 124/125 i Khalifa, en helt fantastisk oplevelse. Først da vi kom ned kunne vi spise på Rooftop af en bygning ved siden af Khalifa på 3 etage, ikke hvad vi havde forventet, og det var en underlig bagvej vi blev ført gennem til spisestedet, virkelig dårligt arrangeret. Vi fik dog lov at indtage vort måltid på trods af at vi kom 2 timer sent.

Det var svårt att förstå var man skulle hämta ut sina biljetter. Där behöver ni utveckla elektroniska biljetter som man får direkt i mobilen. Relativt långa köer och otvättade fönster drog ner intrycket. meningslöst att försöka ta vettiga kort under kvällstid. Middagen var helt OK, men om paketet var värt 1000 kr… Känslan blir: kul att ha sett, men inget vidare att se. Otydlig och otillräcklig info kopplat till bokningen.

Visite superbe, par contre je conseille aux personnes de venir au moins 1h avant la date prévu de visite car il faut aller retirer son billet au guichet et c'est "la mission" car aucune indication du guichet dans le centre commercial donc c'est super galère !!!

Tolles Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis, allerdings ist das Restaurant in der 4. Etage, das hätte meiner Meinung nach bei der Buchung klarer hervorkommen sollen. Dennoch tolles Erlebnis und auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen! (Pluspunkt für vegetarisch + vegane Optionen beim Menü)

Prachtig uitzicht vanuit de 124e verdieping, weg er naartoe was erg lang en erg druk. Lift omhoog alleen was al een leuke ervaring. Eenmaal boven was er een adembenemend uitzicht. Eten daarna was heerlijk, maar de grote tegenvaller was toch wel dat je wijn uit plastic ‘glazen’moest drinken…

Der Besuch zum Burj Khalifa über Tui gebucht inkl. 3-Gänge-Menü im „Rooftop“ sehr irreführend. Man geht davon aus, dass man im Burj Khalifa im 124./125. Stock isst, allerdings handelt es sich beim Restaurant „Rooftop“ nicht um ein Essen im Burj Khalifa im 124.-125. Stock, sondern um ein Beach-Restaurant im 3. Stock mit Plastikgläsern. Man sollte darauf hingewiesen werden, da der Name „Rooftop“ irreführend ist. Zudem wird man wie „Schlacht-Vieh“ in nur 2 Aufzügen transportiert.

Really enjoyed the trip up the Burj but it is very busy as expected and no Covid measures in place. Very confusing how to get to the dinner after the exit, no signs and asked three people. Food was ok, small portions but great view under the Burj and of the water fountains.

Sadly we queued for over an hour and 15 mins. Despite having booked lunch and online, we still had to wait for a long time. There were two tiny lifts taking people up meaning we all were crammed in. By the time we had gotten to the view we were too hungry and worn out to really enjoy the experience. Lunch wise we are ate after 3.15 in a hot and stuffy conservatory. Food was good as was the service. My key points are if you have mobility issues, then give it a miss.

Das Erlebnis, sowohl die Aussicht auf der Plattform als auch das Abendessen ist absolut empfehlenswert. Die Organisation um das Ticket vor Ort zu erhalten und dann vom Turm zur Location des Abendessens zu gelangen ist sehr mangelhaft. Wenn man dann Glück hat einen "Wissenden" zu finden funktioniert es. Ein sehr netter Mitarbeiter hat uns dann auf Schleichwege an die Location gebracht. Die Bezeichnung "rooftop" ist vor Ort niemandem bekannt gewesen...

Visite très chouette de la Burj Khalifa (124 et 125eme étage), les vitres sont sales, donc pour les photos c’est pas top. Vue impressionnante de la ville. Ensuite nous avons été accompagnés par une hôtesse jusqu’au Burj Café. Repas simple en 3 plats mais bon, les boissons sans alcool sont incluses.

Het bezoek aan de Bursj Khalifa is een must, indrukwekkend en een absolute to do. Het is lang aanschuiven om binnen te geraken, maar eens je reservering is gevalideerd en vervangen door een ticket, binnen je binnen en klaar voor een leuke ervaring. Het diner nadien beneden is zeer eenvoudig.

We booked this to celebrate my 50th birthday. On arrival we thought the meal would of been first and booked for a specific time. We were directed to the lifts for entry to viewing platform thinking the meal was near the viewing platform. Concerned about the time for the meal booked we proceeded to make our way as instructed only to find once at the viewing level floor 125 the meal was on floor 5 at the burj club once we had come down we couldn’t return to 125. A suggestion to have more instructions would of helped and more information on the booking confirmation or ticket would of been helpful. The meal was lovely and worth the money but found ourselves taking more time searching for the meal location than enjoying the experience.

Var kjempe flott opplevelse. Men utrolig lange køer, som gjorde at vi trodde at vi mista våres 3 retters middag, fordi vi sto over 1 time i kø, bare for å komme frem til heisen som tok oss opp i 124 etg. Dårlig merket hva man skulle gjøre for å komme ned å spise middagen. Man går mye med usikkerhet i magen, om man går riktig eller ei. Hvis ikke alle de med ekstra penger kunne bare kjøpe seg ut av køene ikke var der, hadde køene gått i normalt tempo.

Unfortunately no one directed us or knew where we had to go. Therefore, we ended up going to the viewings tower asking three people before we were told we had to go all the way back down. This made us late and also my friend was on crutches so unnecessary walking!

Auch bei Nacht ist der Blick über Dubai eindrucksvoll. Im Burj Club wird man als Gast erster Klasse behandelt und bekommt ein sehr leckeres Menü zum Blick auf die Wasserspiele und die Lichtershow am Burj Khalifa.

Bessere Beschreibung, wo das Ticket geholt werden kann (Eingang Ticketschalter zum Burj Kahlifa) und wie der Ablauf funktioniert, erst Fahrt zur 124/125 Etage danach Essen 5. Etage. Es wäre auch sinnvoll zu erwähnen, dass man in der 125. Etage am Fahrstuhl einen Mitarbeiter ansprechen muss, sonst wird man ohne Essen wieder ausgeschleust.

Die Auffahrt war schön nur leider nicht gut koordiniert hätten wir gewusst, dass das Restaurant sich im 5 Stock befindet wären wir etwas länger auf der Plattform der Aussichtt geblieben. Das Essen war gut, allerdings ist das Restaurant bei der Poolbaar und im Raucherbereich. Wassespiele sind gut!

Il problema principale è stato che abbiamo dovuto fare la fila per entrare anche con i biglietti fatti. Non c'è priorità per entrare. Per fare i controlli al metal detector la fila è lunghissima. E anche per prendere l'ascensore. La cena è stata perfetta invece .
