After pickup at your hotel reception, start your tour at the Câmara de Lobos. Explore this picturesque fishing town which is also the protagonist in Sir Winston Churchill’s painting from 1950. Continue your trip towards Cabo Girão and admire the vineyard fields, used for the famous Madeira wine. Reach Europe’s highest sea cliff and the second-highest in the world: Cabo Girão with 580m. From the platform, you will enjoy the breathtaking views over the coast.

Our driver/guide was very knowledgeable and gave us a constant and interesting commentary. The stops we made on the tour were of adequate length and John was clear with instructions and return times. The minibus was always at a comfortable temperature and was clean. Would definitely recommend this tour.

Our driver and guide J was informative interesting,personable and jovial, nothing was too much trouble for him and I would also highly praise his language skills , speaking fluently in french and English as he did .Will definitely do the east island tour if we knew the same driver was available.

The tour was great throughout. Marco came on time. He was very friendly, helpful, and informative. He stopped at great places and was very clear how long we had and what there was to do. He was one of the best guides we have every had!!

This tour is excellent with wonderful views. The bus was very comfortable with air con. The guide was brilliant. He was so knowledgeable of the area and history of the island. He introduced us to new, beautiful places. If you want to see more of the island and learn more about the culture, go on the tour. We thoroughly recommend it.

The trip was good and had plenty of stops along the way , the guide was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and had a happy approach to the trip. Only only down point to the trip was that the mini bus the leg room was not the best and felt very cramped when full.

Tour war sehr schön. Leider wurde im Vorfeld nicht kommuniziert das in Porto Moniz der Aufenthalt 2 Stunden beträgt und somit genug Zeit ist um in den natürlichen Pools zu baden. Auch war im Vorfeld nicht bekannt das man Schwimmsachen mitnehmen soll.

Vier deutschsprachig gebuchte Tour war zwar in Französisch und Deutsch,aber der hervorragende Fahrer und gleichzeitige Guide hat die Führung in zwei Sprachen sehr nett und informativ durchgeführt. Der Renault Bus, schon etwas älteren Alters (Km Stand 196000)und mit wenig Fußraum und schmalen Sitzen war etwas für „ Schmaltiere“ in jungen Jahren geeignet. Da der Bus komplett voll besetzt war, war das schon über 8 Stunden eine Strapaze,die der Fahrer aber mit seiner launigen Art zum Teil ausglich.

Der Ausflug war schön. Unser Guide war überrascht, dass er bei der Tour auch in Deutsch sprechen sollte. Er hat sich aber sehr mühe gegeben. Am Mittag hatten wir zuwenig Zeit, mussten unser Essen in einer Stunde runter bringen. Aufenthalt in Porto Moniz sollt 1.5 Stunden sein.

Der Ausflug war gut organisiert und die angefahrenen Ziele waren sehr schön, besonders Farnal. Der Guide war sehr nett und informativ. Der einzige Negativpunkt war der Platz im Bus. Die Bestuhlung im Bus war sehr eng und für Menschen mit langen Beinen eine Qual.

Sehr symphatischer, viel wissender Reiseleiter, der alles super auf Deutsch erklärt hat. Man hat ganz viele, tolle Eindrücke von Madeira bekommen. Der Lorbeerwald und das Naturschwimmbecken waren meine Highlights. Sehr gute Fahrkünste! Die Tour war mega und echt preiswert.

Leider wurde uns kurzfristig mitgeteilt, dass der deutschsprachige Guide ausgefallen ist. Da wir recht gut Englisch können, hatten wir aber kein Problem bei der Tour. Der Bus ist für Personen über 185cm recht eng. Aber: Der Guide Andre hat diese Tour zu einem Erlebnis gemacht. Kurzweilig, interessant und humorvoll brachte er uns immer sicher zu den einzelnen Stopps. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt zu 100%.

Wir haben von unserem Fahrer Alberto viele Informationen erhalten. Die Stops waren ausreichend und fast alle waren die Zeit wert. Den Wasserfall hätte man, meiner Meinung nach, aussparen können.

The sky walk at Cabo Garao was over rated. Too many tourists The Fanal Forest is being destroyed by tourists who don't have any respect for the ancient forest and are too interested in social media posting, climbing and posing all over he beautiful, old trees. It was quite alarming to witness.

Es war ein perfekter Ausflug. Es passte alles.

Es war ein sehr schöner Ausflug an die Westküste. Die Mittagpause und die Zeit fürs Baden mit insgesamt 2 Stunden war sehr gut. Auch die anderen Stopps haben sich gelohnt. Von Alberto dem Busfahrer und zugleich Reiseleiter haben wir viele interessante Sachen erfahren. Ein gelungener Tag.

Aufgrund von Krankenstand war es Englisch und Französisch statt Deutsch, aber war kein Problem, der Fahrer und Reiseleiter war super, manchmal etwas zu wenig Zeit.

Mi guía se llamaba Immanuel, y fue una persona muy agradable, explicaba cada sitio con mucho de talle y es de agradecer. También le pregunté por alguna recomendación para visitar otros lugares y fue muy majo explicando e indicando sitios. Un acierto total y muy recomendada la ruta

Eine empfehlenswerte Tour, um einen Überblick über den Westen Madeiras zu erhalten. Unser Guide und Busfahrer Alberto hat uns viel Wissenswertes erzählt und sehr sicher gefahren, auch in Serpentinen. Stops: Fischerort Camara de Lobos, Aussichtsplattform Cabo Girão, Hochebene mit Lorbeerwald (neblig & windig) Mittagspause in Porto Moniz mit Möglichkeit, in Lavabecken zu baden. Der letzte Ort São Vicente hatte außer einer Weinprobe nichts zu bieten.

Unser Reiseleiter war wirklich top. Es gibt soooo viel zu sehen auf dieser Insel, es ist einfach traumhaft. Ich denke, man fährt alle sehenswerten Punkte in Madeiras Westen an und als Einstieg, für uns war es der zweite Tag auf der Insel, genau richtig. Man wird am Hotel abgeholt und wieder zurück gebracht. Was will man mehr ?

Eine top organisierte Tour mit vielen interessanten Informationen über die jeweiligen Stops wo wir als Gruppe auch immer genug Zeit zum verweilen hatten um uns die Spots anzuschauen, Fotos zu machen oder eben in Porto Moniz auch in den Lavabecken baden zu können. Alberto, unser Fahrer an dem Tag, ist ein total sicherer Fahrer und hatte lauter spannendes zu erzählen: auf Englisch und Deutsch, zwischendurch auch auf französisch! Einfach nur super! :)

Viele schöne Spots angefahren mit ausreichend Zeit zum Besichtigen und Fotos zu machen. Genügend Zeit in Porto Moniz um zu essen und sogar schwimmen zu gehen. Alles in allem ein super Ausflug

Durch dies Tour konnte man gut die Vielfalt der Insel kennenlernen. Höhepunkt war aus meiner Sicht der Stop in Porto Moniz. Die Wellen und die Brandung waren schon bemerkenswert. Das Wetter war leider durchwachsen - dafür kann TUI nichts. Dem portugiesischen Reiseleiter, der auf deutsch und englisch erklärte, konnte man in beiden Sprachen nur unter größerer Aufmerksamkeit folgen. Dennoch: Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat gepasst.

Der Busfahrer hat die Pausen mit den Sehenswürdigkeiten gut abgestimmt. Die Erläuterungen waren sehr gut, ebenfalls die Fotostops. Wir haben uns sehr sicher im Bus gefühlt.

It was an excellent day unfortunately spoilt a little by one awkward customer who wasn’t happy with the route the guide was taking us on and continued to protest until she got her way, the guide did his best in the situation but I think the timings had to change for our stops, it created a tense atmosphere.

Alberto hat uns eine unterhaltsame Tour beschert. Er führte uns im Minibus sicher durch den Westen Madeiras. Dabei hat er interessante Dinge erzählt. Ein bereichernder Tag mit Tollen Eindrücken. Wir haben viel gelacht, haben schöne Stationen gehabt. Ich kann die Tour empfehlen! ??

Der Guide war sehr gut. Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse. Gut gefahren und sehr viele und gute Erklärungen. Die Stopps waren aber manchmal nicht sehr interessant. Womöglich gibt es schöneres zu Entdecken.
