L'Observation Deck è aperto tutti i giorni dalle 8.00 a mezzanotte, con ultimo ingresso alle 23.10 (soggetto a modifiche).

Vestitevi in base al tempo: il vento è più forte e fa sempre un po' più freddo sul ponte di osservazione rispetto al livello della strada. Se si ha troppo freddo, ci si può rifugiare in una delle aree panoramiche chiuse per riscaldarsi.

I bambini in passeggino possono essere accolti, così come gli ospiti che necessitano di ulteriore assistenza. Si prega di richiedere assistenza al banco di assistenza al momento dell'arrivo al Top of the Rock.

Beam Experience Gli ospiti devono essere alti almeno 132 cm per salire da soli. Se l'altezza è inferiore a 52 pollici, gli ospiti devono avere un'altezza minima di 42 pollici (107 cm) ed essere accompagnati da un adulto. Tutti gli ospiti devono essere muniti di biglietto. Great from start to finish - the excellent thing was that you were not shepherded from one level to the next, you could take as much or little time as you needed.

I nearly missed out on this experience as it doesn’t say I need to pre book a time, luckily I managed to get in at the night on the last timing otherwise I wouldn’t of been able to visit. You should advertise that a time to go up to the top needs to be pre booked

Amazing pics and queue well managed; would recommend visiting after dark.

Great experience we really enjoyed it. It would of been nice to have had a link to book a time slot when i did the initial booking.

It was an experience to be above the city the only negative was the Tui downloaded entrance tickets only had a ticket number on them without QR or barcode I saw everyone else with one so asked a member of staff who said it’s not timed you’ll have to be given a time slot (which I did when booking) but wasn’t on my tickets. luckily I kept the email with time on it and they accepted it although I did haveto go to the desk to sort it out . I booked with Tui for this reason and they fell at the first

De wachtruimte was loeiheet (geen airco) en dat tijdens een hittegolf. De rijen waren erg lang. Het uitzicht bovenop de Top of the Rock was geweldig!

Auf dem Ticket stand, dass ein ausdrucken nicht notwendig ist. Nur ohne einen Code auf dem Ticket nutzt es mir nichts. Also zuerst in der Schlange stehen, dann denkt man dass man dran ist und wird wieder zurück geschickt, damit man mir einen QR-Code erstellt, also nochmal anstehen, sehr sehr ärgerlich ??.

La vista dal top of the rock non può assolutamente mancare durante la visita alla città di New York! Grazie al team di musement per supporto tecnico e allo staff per disponibilità nel cambio giorno e/o orario in base alle esigenze di viaggio. Consigliatissimo.
